Why so cheap? For copyright reasons (both for Lucy Ball's face as well as the music on the DVD), the DVD is FREE. The only charge is for the blank disc used, plus the packaging and postage.

NOTE: This DVD will be included free with every hardcopy Big Lucy paperback book sold outside of Australia. Overseas postage is already discounted but now the DVD will also be included (at no extra cost) to help off-set the ridiculously high postage charges.





Movie Blog:
Entry date: 3rd May. Stuart timed it perfectly, the finished DVD product arrived in the mail today, yes, Lucy's 50th Birthday. What a fine and fitting present for the gal. Gee you're good Stuart. DVD will now be available.....as soon as I work out how to make copies (hmm, prehaps you better not be hanging by your eyelids waiting.)
28th April. Finished product currently en-route to me for final sign off. (Hey, Apocalypse Now and Water World were YEARS in post production!) I'll have a final price of the DVD by next week (but it will be mega-cheap.)
20th April. Final changes have been settled on and it's 'Thunderbirds are go!' Stuart just needs some time to get the 'mass production' under way. Yes, I think I can now say, 'Coming soon to a theatre near you!'
15th April. I've seen the film (okay, yes, several times) and Cannes look out. Stuart, you are a genius. Folks, ya gonna love it.
12th April. Movie pre-production is finished. I should receive the 'raw' product within the next 24 hours for final...er...comment? (Somehow I don't think I'm going to find any fault with Stuart's film making.)
31st March 2011. I hate writing this but ........ the movie will be out soon, come back and check for an update next week.
